305 E. Stockton Rd. in Wildwood Crest was the first cinder-block home
build on the island in 1938. Origianally it was a single family home but
over the years has evolved into a favorite spot for many vacationers.
Owned by Harry D. between 1970 and 2000 he is responsible for the current
look of A & J Villas.
In September of 2000 A.J. Borowsky and
Julie Vila took over renaming 305 A & J Villas.
