Winter does not officially start until December 21st but dreams of summer won't be far behind. This letter is just an introduction to the new owners of 305 E. Stockton Ave. in Wildwood Crest. My wife Julie and I were lucky enough to purchase the property from Harry D. and Coleen at the end of last summer. We know they're a hard act to follow but we're going to do our best. Hopefully we won't disappoint as we work hard to maintain such a high level of comfort for you.

Before we go any further let me extend our warmest invitation for you to enjoy another summer at 305 E. Stockton otherwise known as A & J Villas. I would also like to take a little more of your time (assuming you're still reading) to tell you a bit about Julie and myself.

I have been spending summers in Wildwood Crest since I was 10 years old staying only one block away from 305 Stockton. As an adult I continued to get back as often as possible although the realities of adulthood (a job) didn't allow me to spend more than just weekends. The years I spent as a child down here were the best so far. Wildwood Crest is a real community and the more time you spend down here the closer you become. The things I experienced here have influenced me more than any other as I was growing up. I held several jobs from lifeguarding at area hotels such as the Saratoga Inn and the SandCastle, to cooking at Duffy's on the Lake just around the corner from where I lived and from 305 Stockton.

Julie is new to Wildwood Crest but she had the same reaction many people have visiting for the first time, she fell in love with it. She too wanted to spend as much time down here as possible (which is really why I think she agreed to marry me!).
