Each apartment is available beginning the middle of May and continuing until the end of September.
Rates are $750 per week Sunday to Sunday.

Occasionally there may be special rates in the off season or on event weekends such as Seafarers Weekend in September or the New Jersey Fireman's Convention also in September.

September Special:
Monday September 1 to Sunday September 8 Now only $500

All other weeks in September just $700.
